If you want the chance to win £1,000 and get your entry published in a magazine with a circulation of around 20,000, this could be the competition for you. Discounted entry fees are available to Writing Magazine subscribers or digital members, so it’s worth considering (as the magazine is packed full of useful tips, articles and information for writers). With a 500-word limit, it’s a little longer than many flash fiction competitions, so it gives you room to flex your storytelling muscles, but you’ve still got to make every word count. Good luck.
