Organised by North East Lincolnshire community organisation Hammond House, the Destiny International Literary Prize 2026 has categories for Short Stories, Poetry, Scriptwriting and Songwriting, with various prizes. Members of Hammond House can enter with a reduced fee. There is also the option to receive feedback on your entry, for an additional fee.
The top prizes for the short story and poetry competitions are £1,000, while those for the scriptwriting and song writing competitions are £100.
This highly regarded organisation is brilliant at championing new creative voices, and this destiny-themed contest is certainly worth entering.
