This short story competition from Fiction Factory offers a top prize of £500 and gives authors 3,000 words to play with for their story (or stories – there are discounts for entering two or three). The Competition Judge is the author Tim Symonds who has written five novels including The Mystery of Einstein’s Daughter.
Note that there is the chance for an optional critique at an additional cost of £18 per story, and the winners will be announced in January 2024. The winner will also receive publication on the Fiction Factory website and in a planned anthology.
