    • Prizes: 2-4 Winners are announced who share in the $1000 USD total prize pool. Winners may choose to have an extract published, and receive a letter of recommendation from our Judges. 10-20 writers are Shortlisted.

    • Prizes: First prize: £1,000; five finalists receive £100

    • Entry Fee: £19 Early Bird Entry (until 5th November 2025) then £24 for standard entry (until 5th January 2026). Feedback options available.
    • Prizes: Winner: £1,200/$1,600; Top Three: Feedback from Alec Shane, literary agent with Writers House, Jenny Hewson, literary agent from Lutyens & Rubinstein, and Guest Reviewer Katie Seaman, Developmental Editor and Former Commissioning Editor at HQ. The ten shortlisted entries will receive written feedback from Patrick Gleeson.
    • Word Limit: Up to 3,000 words from the opening of your novel
